The Coach pulls from your whole front office: your collection, live signals, real comps, scarcity. Every number it gives you is a real fact with its source attached. When it offers a take, it’s clearly labeled as a take — and it shows the reasoning so you can check it. Facts are facts; opinions look like opinions.
It prepares; you decide.
The Coach never acts on its own. It stages the listing, writes the post, builds the table — then stops at a reviewable artifact and waits for your confirm. It will tell you when a window looks strong, but it ends every time at the same place: you make the calls.
Pick its voice.
Choose how your Coach talks — the Tactician (calm and analytical, the default), the Motivator (hype), the Mentor (wise), or the Straight Shooter (blunt). The tone changes; the facts and the discipline never do. The same question gets the same sourced answer in any voice.
